Tidewater’s Facilities Division has been conducting maintenance, repair, renovation, and general support services since 2006, including contracts for US Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of State (DoS), Department of Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA) and other Federal agencies. In the past 10 years, we have conducted facility maintenance and support services across over 30 prime contracts nation and worldwide.

Our team includes seasoned management and administrative personnel, engineers, quality control and safety professionals, planners and estimators, and construction management and field-certified trade personnel. We offer extensive experience in traditional approaches, as well as cutting-edge applied technologies, management systems and sustainable practices and programs.

Facility Maintenance – CONUS

Tidewater’s facility maintenance portfolio spans throughout the United States, primarily for USACE, NAVFAC, and GSA. Our operations are strategically divided into Eastern and Western management teams to ensure exceptional regional support. At any given time, Tidewater executes preventative and corrective maintenance at over 150 locations totaling more than 5 million square feet of building space nationwide. Our dedicated team, consisting of seasoned project, quality, and safety managers, as well as estimators, coordinators, and field technicians. Our teams are backed by a well-established and vetted network of specialty vendors, suppliers and service providers.

Facility Maintenance – OCONUS

Since October 2018, Tidewater has been supporting the Department of State International Maintenance Assistance Program (IMAP) across the globe. In that time, our team has provided HVAC/Electrical preventative and corrective maintenance support to over 130 embassies/consulates spanning 125 countries – and counting. Our TS cleared field personnel are able to provide assistance with assessments and repairs in cleared spaces that are not accessible to embassy staff. While onsite, our team also provides instruction to increase the knowledge and technical ability of the locally employed maintenance group.

Minor and Major Repair/Renovation

Tidewater has successfully executed repair and renovation projects for more than 150 unique facilities, with a capacity to handle over 50 concurrent projects at any given time. Our repair and renovation tasks have showcased a wide spectrum of project complexities, ranging from $5,000 to $750,000. To date, we have accomplished over 500 individual projects, collectively exceeding $12 million in value. Our proven track record attests to our capability to deliver high-quality solutions across a diverse range of projects throughout the United States.

Medical Facility Support Services

Since 2010, Tidewater has supported a host of military commands and DHA in providing medical facility support services including project management, construction quality control, environmental and hazardous waste program management, maintenance program management, engineering support, project analyst support, equipment, logistics and occupancy planning and administrative support including DMLSS, CADD and other IT services. Our work covers CONUS locations and OCONUS locations including Japan, Korea, and Germany.

Fuel and Water Systems

Since 2007, Tidewater has supported over 60 US Embassies, Consulates, and Chancery compounds.  Our suite of services include fuel and water system design and engineering, assessments, inspections, corrective action, removal and installation (USTs, ASTs, & TMS), onsite and remote troubleshooting, testing and reagent treatments, emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and inventory replenishment. Tidewater is also an authorized distributer /installer of Pryco, RCI, Pneumercator, Veeder Root, Phillips Fuels Systems and SmartFill. We routinely work with fuel and water system manufacturers for the latest in specialty equipment, and we manage foreign import and export trade compliance.
