| DUTIES : Develop, implement, and maintain web-based information management programs and applications for environmental health and occupational safety projects; utilize database modeling tools to program geo-environmental engineering data management systems; develop geo-environmental training programs to support web-based training projects; utilize data warehousing, data modeling and large data management technologies to optimize full life cycle system development; integrate computer programs and host systems and provide technical support to users. |

| SPECIAL REQUIREMENT : Work experience in MS Access, Visual Basic, (X)HTML, CSS, XML, RSS, JavaScript, WinNT, MS Exchange, AutoCAD, Microstation, LAN/WAN, VPN, Dialup Server, Linux, PHP, MySQL, system security, disaster recovery, web site development, Lotus 1-2-3, BASIC, database modeling and irrigational/environmental engineering data management systems. |

| DUTIES : Conducting IT Capital Planning process for Federal Government clients including the development of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) exhibit 300s, OMB exhibit 53s, eGoverment and Quarterly Control Review; developing/maintaining Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents for federal IT investments (Cost Benefit Analysis, Risk Management, Acquisition Plan, Project Plan, Operation Analysis); Change Management; Capacity Analysis/Simulation Modeling; and Conducting Economic Justification projects for mechanization systems. |
| WORK SCHEDULE : 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours per week) |
| EDUCATION : Master's Degree in Engineering / Information Systems with 1 year experience or Bachelor's degree with 6 years experience. |
