Our staff includes over 25 construction inspectors servicing clients with large projects that include bridges, hospitals, roadways, culverts, and underground utility structures. Our project managers and inspectors can provide change order submittal reviews, CPM schedule review and monitoring, and constructability reviews.  In addition, our construction management staff can provide all aspects of quality control and approval of material, design drawings, and procedures and construction progress reports including material quantities, percent complete, and partial payment determinations. Tidewater’s inspectors enforce strict adherence to contract specifications and drawings, construction codes, safety requirements, and other requirements. In addition, all of Tidewater’s construction inspectors are certified by the Mid-Atlantic Regional Technician Certification Program (MARTCP) and the Washington Council of Engineering Laboratories (WACEL).
